Discover Marrakech, “the Ochre City”, founded in 1062 by Sultan Yousef ibn Tashafine. We start our journey with a stop at the garden of the Koutoubia Mosque and admire its gorgeous minaret (from outside), an emblem of Marrakech. Built in the 12th century.
Enjoy a fascinating walk in the beating heart of Marrakech “The Medina”. Far from the touristy areas, your guide will take you to the real Moroccan life amid the neighborhoods where “Marrakchis” still live in simplicity.
Visit Dar El Bacha Museum, formally the private residence of T’hami El Glaoui who ruled over Marrakech from 1912 to 1956. We continue with a visit to the Medersa Ben Youssef, a world of architectural splendor and historical significance.
We indulge in an exquisite culinary experience at Dar Moha; a renowned restaurant set within a beautifully restored riad in the heart of Marrakech.
After lunch, we advance to the famous Jamaa el Fna, the city’s main square.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace. You’ll have your guide and vehicle at your disposal to explore Marrakech further, whether you wish to visit tranquil gardens, delve into more hidden corners of the Medina, or simply relax and enjoy the city’s atmosphere.
Dinner at leisure.
