Stellenbosch: Our first stop will be the home-studio of one of South Africa’s most celebrated artists, Dylan Lewis. Its sculpture garden is an example of masterfully created shapes of the animal kingdom utilizing different materials and techniques. A tribute to the exuberant natural beauty of South Africa.

We continue with a brief walk through Stellenbosch. This historic town is renowned for a gracious blend of 18th Century Cape Dutch, Georgian and Victorian architecture, and is surrounded by vineyards, fruit orchards and stunning mountains.

Explore Boschendal, one of the oldest wine producers in the New World, with a French vinicultural heritage dating back to 1685. After touring the facilities, lush gardens and wine tasting rooms, we will treat ourselves to a French-style picnic beneath the fragrant pines.

Visit Babylonstoren. This estate combines traditional Cape Dutch architecture with a clean modern style. We will walk the lush, organic fruit gardens. This is also a strategic shopping opportunity.
