Breakfast is served from 7:00 am at the hotel restaurant.

Today we visit The Icelandic Phallological Museum: more than 200 penises & penile parts representing almost all Icelandic land & sea mammals. Continue with TheReykjavik Art museum Hafnarhus - The museum exhibits work from leading Icelandic and international artists in Modern and Contemporary Art. It is also a platform for emerging talents. The exhibitions at Reykjavík Art Museum span history to our present day.

Cross the street for a visit to the Reykjavik Museum of Photography, this museum preserves about five million photographs by professional and amateur photographers, from around 1870 to the present century. The collection includes studio portraits, and industrial, advertising, press, landscape and family photographs.

Before lunch, we venture to Fly over Iceland: Be ready for the ride of your life, this is an attraction with motion seating & a wraparound screen, simulating flight over mountains & glaciers.

Lunch at LA PRIMAVERA: If you’ve never heard of Icelandic/Italian fusion, you’re not the only one. But let us be the first to tell you that this combo is divine. Salt cod adds Icelandic flavor to Italian dishes like tagliatelle with chorizo and pine nuts, and the sleek, minimalist design of the restaurant reminds you that you’re still in Reykjavik, not Italy.

This afternoon we visit the Living art Museum at the Marshall house. Living Art Museum is a not-for-profit, artist-run exhibition platform for innovative and experimental contemporary art. Kling and Bang Gallery is a nonprofit gallery featuring contemporary works from emerging & established, local & global artists. We make a quick stop at KIOSK for a glimpse of contemporary Icelandic fashion design. Visit the Reykjavik art museum Kjarvalsstadir, it houses the works of one of Iceland’s most influential and recognised artists, Jóhannes S. Kjarval. The exhibitions at Kjarvalsstaðir focus primarily on paintings and sculptures of the established masters of modern art. The building is a fine example of Nordic modernism.
